Can highly recommend Pulse First Aid Training I was made to feel most welcome & at ease in the Face to Face Training. The Trainer was the best so far I've had  in the 30yrs that I have been updating my First Aid. When it came to doing the Online Modules, it was very straight forward and easily navigated. Vic, our practical assessment trainer was super knowledgeable and made learning (and hopefully remembering) the CPR and other first aid response techniques logical and contextual. I did one of Frances's first aid courses and I absolutely loved it.  She made it fun and interesting.  I actually had to use one of the things she'd taught us in real life a little while after - scary but I did it.  I don't remember everything I learned (my fault, not Frances's) but I carry around the manual in case it's  needed.  I'd recommend Frances's courses.

I've done Provide First Aid and the CPR refresher through Frances and both were fantastic. Frances's teaching style makes the classes so interesting - she has stories of her work as a nurse in the ER and of real-life use of first aid. I tend to forget what I've learnt in courses pretty quickly, but the method of using a song to get the CPR rhythm right has stuck with me. Can definitely recommend Frances for memorable, hands-on training.
