A friend recommended this course, Frances was brilliant, highly experienced  in CPR and made the course easy to understand and practice through the technology she has available. I came away from the course feeling confident that I could actually support a heart attack situation and wished I had done it sooner. Recently, I completed my first aid training with Francess Davison at Pulse First Aid Training. This course and working with Francis and her experience, knowledge and training was high level. Francises training was easy to understand, she gave you confidence in your abilities and she added some humor along the way. I was made to feel most welcome & at ease in the Face to Face Training. The Trainer was the best so far I've had  in the 30yrs that I have been updating my First Aid. I’ve been using Pulse Training⁠ since my early days as a Family Day Care Educator, and they continue to be my go-to for CPR, First Aid and Safe Sleep training.
Recently I completed another CPR with the newly added Safe Sleep session, and once again the training was practical, engaging and relevant to real-life situations. The trainer Francis explained everything clearly, creating a supportive learning environment, and makes you feel confident in applying what you’ve learned.
What I appreciate most is that the training never feels like “just ticking a box.” It’s informative, hands-on and genuinely valuable for anyone caring for others — whether in early childhood education, community care, or in my current role as a Funeral Celebrant and consultant.

Really appreciate Frances kindly fitting me in at the last minute to complete my ASCIA anaphylaxis e-training module for a student teaching placement. I did one of Frances's first aid courses and I absolutely loved it.  She made it fun and interesting.  I actually had to use one of the things she'd taught us in real life a little while after - scary but I did it. I've done Provide First Aid and the CPR refresher through Frances and both were fantastic. Frances's teaching style makes the classes so interesting - she has stories of her work as a nurse in the ER and of real-life use of first aid. I tend to forget what I've learnt in courses pretty quickly, but the method of using a song to get the CPR rhythm right has stuck with me.
